The headline includes the unnecessary bit about "what it says about him" which sets the reader up for what will likely be a hit piece. The article itself turns out to be somewhat balanced, with quotes from various top Tesla employees and even Musk himself. Besides the clickbaity headline, this sentence is the worst offender in the piece, "The billionaire SpaceX and Tesla boss is known for setting outlandish goals (and sometimes missing them)." Why emphasize missing them, meaning sometimes late but ultimately achieving them, as opposed to stressing that he sets seemingly impossible goals and continues to achieve them despite the world watching in doubt. I don't see why it's even newsworthy that Musk calls a space factory meeting at 1 am. The people working at SpaceX know what they signed up for and there are many businesses that work outside of the traditional 9AM-5PM.
