Man, I guess I can't complain about the accuracy of this article. But it is a tedious recounting of the obvious for people who can't do anything without being told to do it by an "authority" figure.

This article explains very well some basic and simple attitudes we should keep during this pandemic related to orders. Most people maybe don't realize the deliverer situation to keep working and this piece puts some emphasis on that. It stimulates empathy, like it.

Considering the headline and topic, the reporting that went into the piece was very serious and investigative. Author Jason Del Rey does a fantastic job highlighting the on-the-ground experience of shoppers and how some of the platforms are making the right changes and others are not.
