It's credible. However, this entire bit of "reporting" could have been distilled down to the headline plus one or two additional sentences. Instead we get the typical speculation with quotes from people who like to hear themselves talk. Oy veh! Enough with the unnecessary ink spilling. Keep things simple and to the point. Everyone will be better off. Just read the headline and you're good. Skip the rest.
