You are the owner of this article.Former Wilmington Fire Chief Anthony Goode was sentenced to a year in prison for stealing more than $62,000 from a group representing minority firefighters, the Delaware Department of Justice announced Friday. According to the DOJ, Goode, 45, pled guilty in December 2018 to stealing $62,321 from the Gallant Blazers while serving as the group's president between January 2009 and October 2016. Goode pled guilty to theft greater than $50,000 and felony unlawful use of a credit card.
