Of only nominal interest. Mainly because the headlined issue is one with a long and sordid history among denizens, past, present, and undoubtedly future, of our nation's capital. Put plainly, this piece is boring and the information it provides, while fairly comprehensive, is not truly actionable. It may be of interest for those whom the concept of cashing-in on government service is new to. But for grizzled veterans of the arduous task of observing the private and political machinations of our supposed betters this is old hat. Read it if you want but if you do you won't be any better informed in any real sense. My advice is to skip it entirely.
