Speculation
July 8, 2019
The author acknowledges himself that the piece is somewhat speculative, saying "Of course there are a lot of assumptions here, as stated above. But this does seem like a reasonably likely future scenario, as none of the individual steps to get there seem particularly unrealistic." I have issue with articles that rely on Tweets as their primary source of evidence, especially if they use the Tweets to then speculate further. With that critique made clear, I did enjoy reading about the Tesla Network/Fleet and hope more technology and business outlets start paying attention.

Sensational

This is a lot of speculation derived from a few tweets. The discussion of the economics of a self driving fleet is interesting. The headline is hyperbolic.

Speculation
July 10, 2019
The topic is interesting but the article is mostly speculative and relies on tweets for a story - which perpetuates just because someone said something, its newsworthy. Finally, from a format perspective, I liked that there was "Electrek's Take" at the bottom where they expressed their opinion, but this particular section I didn't like. The argument was that driving is fun, which it is, but it was a slippery slope to achieve this line of thinking.

Great Context
July 8, 2019
The article gives great context for the information given. There is some speculation imparted at a few points; however, it is mostly regarding an educated guess about future prospects for consumers who desire Tesla vehicles, and the future of self driving. While I disagree that being able to drive yourself will be outlawed anytime soon, I do think the article itself was accurate based on the information given.
