Although this leans towards blaming Trump, the article is fundamentally about what politicians are saying about the event. The article does so with extensive quotes. It is clearly credible for what it is.

This article is a bit one-sided until the very end of the article. It also tried to draw a conclusion that Trump's rhetoric inspired this shooting, which can be seen as a political agenda. I believe its correlation without causation because it's impossible to know whether the shooter had previous hate for Mexicans or if it was aggravated by recent Trump tweets. Perhaps both, but Bloomberg is making a strong case for one side.

This article gets dangerously close to outright to blaming the recent attacks on Trump's rhetoric, but I think it just barely makes up for it by sourcing enough of Trump's own words to allow him to defend himself in the piece. I'm sure there are more credible articles on the topic than this one.
