The article and its author does well to provide quotes and relevant facts on the achieved equal pay deal without inputting any of his own opinion or celebratory language, which I appreciated. I do believe this issue is more nuanced and that the author doesn't effectively cover the business model aspect of this agreement, but that's ok and why he only gets 4 stars.
