This type of news article - fluff, essentially - is always a fun read, but it's clear that this is what can be termed 'lifestyle', rather than actual news. Sure, there are citations from researchers; and yes, it is a universal sort of topic that almost all readers will be able to relate to. The question is, on a website with a limited amount of attentive space, if this is the sort of content a news outlet should be running.
