The author, Morgan Chalfant, uses impartial language while giving a simple overview timeline of the events regarding DOJ requesting IP addresses from DreamHost. Free speech and First Amendment issues will continue to be a discussion (and battle) as the years come.

I found that the article was factual and worthy of trust. The fact is, I find the source generally credible. That colors my view of what I read. However, the reason I find them credible is that, as in this case, they tend to do their research, report facts, and allow the reader to draw conclusions.

I selected Trust for this article because it focused on stating the facts around the case. I would have liked to have read more context around the website, its users, and their organized protests. This is obviously a huge concern to give any administration access to those who are legally dissenting or challenging the administration. This is "Very Newsworthy" because Trump is already campaigning for the 2020 election, and this would be a hugely unfair advantage and even silencing tactic for any incumbent, today or in the future.
