A well done piece of investigative science journalism. The quotes, commentary, and sourcing are very helpful and provide contextually relevant information. Very good links further flesh out this story from the perspective of science. The author, other than in cursory fashion, does not dwell on the human tragedies of the incident. Rather, and appropriately, remains focused on the laying out the scientific facts of the matter. A decidedly worthwhile read. Five stars!
